The risk level automatically triggers the appropriate approval workflow. The utility supports three evaluation types: Condition, Subflow, and AI skill. Note: AI skill evaluation is available once you have installed and configured Now Assist for Legal Service Delivery (LSD). Conversational intake for COI Using natural language to submit a conflict of interest request from Now Assist in the Virtual Agent interface reduces the effort required to fill in form fields because details provided in natural language are automatically populated into the intake form. Achieve faster resolution due to automated risk assessment that routes requests to the appropriate approval workflow based on calculated risk scores.
