Generate talking points for a growth conversation with the help of an agent in Now Assist As a manager using Career Conversations in Talent Development, generate talking points for a growth conversation with the help of Employee data summarization AI agent in Now Assist. Note: For the Growth Conversations AI agents to work, you need to be on 3.5.2 version Career Conversations and have the Now Assist for HR Service Delivery (HRSD) plugin which will install Now Assist for Talent and HR Talent AI Agent Collection. Name update from Employee Growth and Development Core to Talent Development Core. The name changed to provide better alignment with your organization's talent, growth, and development initiatives.
Yokohama	Credly integration As an employee, Credly integration now empowers you to display your digital credentials better demonstrating your skills in a tangible way. View user credentials As an administrator, Achievements and Credentials now enables you to view user credentials and use achievement credential templates to sync credentials from third-party credential providers, for example: Credly Import latest badges and related skills with the Refresh credentials option. Credential badges are displayed in the skill activity insights. Skills related to Credentials (badge template) are synced to the user profile. New skills identified are added to the harmonisation queue. Once imported, dynamic skills are associated with the respective user profile. Note: Credential Core has a soft dependency on Skills Foundation (8.0). Create a growth plan with the help of Now Assist As a Talent Development user, manage your career growth by creating a growth plan with the help of Now Assist. With Now Assist, you can provide details to craft a prompt that describes your career goals. Note: This feature is available when you have both Talent Development Core and Now Assist for HRSD installed.
