Upgrade and Activation Guidance
- Before Upgrading: Restart MID Servers to enable running monitors from those locations after upgrading to Zurich.
- Installation: Synthetic Monitoring must be requested and installed from the ServiceNow Store for both Yokohama and Zurich releases.
- Pre-Upgrade Requirements:
- For Yokohama version 1.0, configure at least one proxy agent on the Agent Client Collector to monitor services.
- From version 1.2 onward, tests can be run directly from the local Glide instance without proxy agents.
- Add Configuration Items (CIs) in the CMDB for endpoints you want to monitor.
- Configure credentials in the discoverycredentials table if authentication is required for endpoints.
