Modify a non self served contract request

  • As a requester, modify the contract request to update the request details or replace the attached contract document with an updated version.

    Before you begin

    You can modify a request until it is in the New state.

    Role required: sn_cm_core.contract_user

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to the contract workspace and select the contract request.
    2. Modify the request.
      ActionSteps

      Add and classify documents For more information, see Add contract documents to non-self-served contract request and Reclassify contract documents in non self served contract request
      Delete documents In the Documents section, select the Delete icon (Delete icon) next to the document you want to delete.
    3. Select Save to update the record.
