Reservation Management dashboard

Use the Reservation Management dashboard to monitor the reservations and meeting frequency in your organization. On any day, you can view details such as number of reservations, peak meeting times, and number of meetings for different locations.

Note:

The Workplace Reservation Management dashboard is migrated to Workplace Central. You can start using the migrated dashboards from Workplace Central. The out-of-the-box dashboards are also migrated to Workplace Central.

Old dashboards are not supported for new Workplace Service Delivery customers. For existing customers, old dashboards are currently available but are going to be deprecated soon.

To access the Reservation Management Dashboard, navigate to All > Workplace Central > Workplace Dashboards.

Title	Type	Description
Meetings per location last month	Column	Number of meetings scheduled in each location in the last month.
Peak meeting hours last 3 months	Line	Peak hours when the maximum number of meetings were scheduled in the last 3 months.
Location reservations per day this week	Stacked columns	Number of reservations made each day for the current week.
Location reservations today	List	Number of reservations scheduled for today grouped by location.
