    • Monitor the total number of space assistance requests raised and view their current status at any time.
    • Create a scenario for a building or multiple buildings.
    • Open a scenario owned by you and make changes using the stack plan.
    • View a scenario and see the space allocations in a stack plan or floor map view. You can review a scenario in a read-only mode and share your feedback on space allocations with the scenario owner or other stake holders.
    • Create a single scenario or multiple scenarios. You can work on multiple scenarios at a time, and publish them so that your colleagues or stake holders can review. After finalizing, you can deploy the best one.
    • View all buildings stack plans of your organization. You can also create a scenario directly from the building details page.
    • Perform map-based administration with Workplace Indoor Mapping maps. View space allocations and assignments on a floor map. Change allocations on the map directly.
    • View users assigned to a space, assign a user to a space or remove an assigned user.
    • Change a space assignment from flexible to permanent or vice versa.
    • Add, change, or remove a single allocation or multiple allocations at a time if you want to change their existing department or cost center.
