Create a sales promotion claim using playbook

    Before you begin

    Role required: manufacturing operations admin (sn_mfg_cmn.manufacturing_operations_admin) or dealer sales agent (sn_dealer_mgmt.dealer_sales_agent)

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Sales Promotion Claim Management > All.

      The guided Sales promotion claim case playbook displays.

    2. Sales details
      1. Enter the sales details.
        On the form, fill in the fields.
        Fields Description
        Asset Asset for the claim.
        Requested by Logged in user or member of the logged in user's service organization.
        Consumer Consumer is associated with the install base.
        Dealer Business location.
        Sales price Sale price of the product sold. Select the required currency from the list
      2. Select Continue.
    3. Incentive details
      1. Select Select incentives.

        The list of incentive types are displayed.

      2. Select the incentive type applicable for your claim case.
      3. Enter the incentive details.
        On the form, fill in the fields.
        Fields Description
        Claimed amount Enter the incentive claim amount.
        Trade in make Brand of the vehicle.
        Trade in year Year of manufacture.
        Trade in serial number Serial number of the vehicle.
        Trade in model Model of the vehicle.
        Trade in trim Variant of the vehicle.
      4. Select Add file, to attached the document.
      5. Total claimed amount is auto calculated based on the claimed amount.
      6. Select Submit.
    4. Claim review
      1. Enter Comment.
      2. Select Complete review.

      Claim in review The claim is successfully submitted for review.
      Review and approve Review the claim and approve. Enter the amount that you want to approve.
      Claim summary View the summary of the sales promotion claims.
      Claim is reviewed and approved.
