Submit a pre-authorization request
Submit a pre-authorization request to confirm whether certain parts, fees, or repairs are covered under a warranty or service contract.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_dealer_mgmt.dealer_service_advisor
You can only submit a repair claim while the pre-authorization is valid. If the pre-authorization has expired, the system blocks the submission and displays an error message.

Result
You have successfully submitted your claim for review.
Note:
The claim is available in the Agents portal for review and approval. After the warranty advisor approves the claim, Create claim option is
enabled. For more information on create claim, see Repair claim for the dealer.
