They can specify budgets, track RFQ status in real time, and convert RFQs into quotes and orders seamlessly. All RFQs can be managed within the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace, eliminating offline tracking.
- Flexible Checkout Options: Customers can select or modify billing and shipping addresses during checkout, enhancing order flexibility and accuracy.
Important Upgrade Information
Before upgrading to Zurich, administrators must perform the post-upgrade order migration to ensure customers retain products added to their carts. Failure to complete this step can cause loss of cart contents, negatively impacting the customer experience.
