Integrations enable the expansion of features and services among available apps. Integrations can include internal (ServiceNow®) and external (third party) applications.
Talent Development Core is closely integrated with several ServiceNow applications and plugin features.

- Employee Center
- One of the key features of the Employee Center is the Employee Profile. Talent Development applications and features access data from employee profiles, see View employee profile. You can view, update, and manage information about your career from the Career tab in Employee Center.

- Integrates with Talent features used by mangers to help manage and proactively engage with employees, see Manager Hub.

The Learning application enables you to discover, manage, and engage with career development content. It enables the configuration of learning catalogs that contain course items from both internal and external learning systems.
The Career Assessment application is part of the Learning application. The Career Assessment application works as an exam engine that provides the ability to create exams that help with career advancement and help test a learner's knowledge of a subject.
