Customers can access release notes, training courses, best practices, and community support through ServiceNow University, Customer Success Center, and Now Community to ensure effective adoption and continuous improvement.

Engage with your team
Approve team requests and act immediately on any tasks that need your attention.
Have a better engagement with your team by staying informed on the upcoming team events, such as employee birthdays, work anniversaries, or reminders on new hire joining dates.
View the time zones of employees across the globe. Be more conscious about the time the meetings are scheduled or when certain requests are sent out to the team.

Effectively manage a globally disbursed team with a mixture of direct reports, as well as managers that have their own direct reports. Have an insight into data of all workers including employees, interns, and contingent workers and the various transitions that they may have.
