Configure Partner Relationship Management
Install the PRM (com.snc.partner_relationship_management) application from ServiceNow® Store to enable enterprises to hire partners and improve their sales cycles.
Admins and users with various roles, such as Enterprise partner admin (sn_prm.enterprise_partner_admin), Enterprise partner agent (sn_prm.enterprise_partner_agent), and more must complete the following configuration tasks to set
up the Partner Relationship Management application.
