Licensing for sn_bcp.plan_viewer and sn_recovery.event_user

I would like to know if  sn_bcp.plan_viewer and sn_recovery.event_user role is licensed or not This is a BCM specific role, Where can I verify the licensing for the same? Thanks In advance
