Does the property "idle_chat_reminder_timeout " only works on live agent chat?
I set com.glide.cs.idle_chat_reminder_timeout - 30 seconds
com.glide.cs.idle_chat_cancel_timeout - 100 seconds
Idle Chat Timer Task - 1 minutes
But the message "The conversation is timing out, are you still there?" only appears when speaking on a live chat, is it possible to do the same but when the user is interacting with the virtual agent?
