Happy New Year! Start the year off right with on-demand accessibility training from ServiceNow University.

ServiceNow University is offering a new, no-cost training course designed to help organizations build stronger accessibility awareness and capability across teams. Introduction to Digital Accessibility is available to customers and partners and can be accessed by signing in with your ServiceNow University ID, searching for Accessibility, and enrolling in the course. This is the same foundational training used to educate ServiceNow employees and is now available to support our broader ecosystem.

This course is designed for learners at all levels of familiarity with accessibility and provides a practical introduction to key concepts. You’ll explore essential terminology such as accessibility and disability, gain an understanding of different categories of disability, and learn about common barriers to digital inclusion. The training also introduces accessibility standards and guidelines that help organizations create more inclusive digital experiences for everyone.

Most learners complete the course in 30 to 45 minutes. By the end, you’ll be able to articulate your organization’s commitment to serving all users, explain why accessibility matters to business outcomes and company culture, and identify concrete ways you can contribute to building accessible products, services, and solutions. As an added benefit, you’ll earn 45 points toward your ServiceNow learning journey upon completion.
