We are looking to build out our software catalog and our software request checklist within ServiceNow. We want to add the accessibility information about the software we own into the catalog. This information can include what settings the software is approved for, such as single user, small office, interoffice, classroom, or university wide. Along with any known accessibility issues, accessibility documentation, or accessible alternatives. For the request checklist, we want to provide the requester with the questions they need to have the vendors answer. Along with what documentation will be needed form vendors. We can also detail what we will need to see in a demo and the access we will need to conduct our own evaluations. Sorry, more accessibility issues in Now Learning. This is in the Health & Safety training, course ID 6d68191a87ce6a90e53afc48cebb3593.   I have attached two screenshots. One of them shows the Exit Course button hovering over the course content. It's distracting, reduces the amount of space available for content and isn't consistently located with the rest of the course interface such as request an instance and request expiry extension.   The other screen show shows the first of 3 images. There are 3 dots underneath the image to indicate that there is more than one but those dots don't appear until you scroll halfway down the image. Clicking to the left and right of the image moves to the previous and next image but there is no on-screen element to indicate this. This layout is confusing and doesn't comply with WCAG guidelines. Six of the tiles are for the same on demand course in different languages. The titles are all in English with the language on the end. The title is truncated so you can't see which is which without clicking the View link in the bottom right of each tile. The red text with the language is mine.   Headings and labels must describe the top or purpose but they are truncated so done. The link purpose is not clear and the relationship between the tile and the language is hidden. The image on the Japanese language tile is a Caucasian man, the image on any language is a Japanese man which is misleading.
