Agent Workspace slowness in Dynamic Translation of Chat

We have enabled DTAC last week. Agents have reported lag in translation. At times, messages received on workspace were not translated immediately. After Agents switched or refreshed window the translated messages were visible.

 

Has anyone else experienced the same? Also if you have any idea to fix this please share. Thanks.

The lag in Dynamic Translation for Agent Chat (DTAC) may be due to browser cache issues, API response delays, UI rendering lag, or instance performance problems. Agents should clear cache, test translation in Classic UI vs. Workspace, and check System Logs (syslog.list) for API response times. Ensure DTAC is enabled (glide.ui.chat.translation.enabled = true) and adjust the AJAX polling interval for faster updates.
