Context.Application not showing up in Que condition selection

I am trying to follow the VA Academy set up an IT que and HR que routing for live chat. When going to the Advanced Work Assignment > Que to set the "work item routing condition",  "context.application" variable does not show up. 

- have confirmed that application is in the contextual variables setting

- built flow with the script containing example:

What am I missing for being able to get "Context.application" to pop up as a variable when setting the condition for the que?

Problem solved! It was simply dot walking to get to this record. For those that are new to Service Now (like me) it is clicking on the drop down arrow again and again to link the records/variables.
