🚀 Looking for insights from the ServiceNow community
I'm currently working on ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence (Workflow Classification) and encountered an interesting challenge during model training.
The training consistently fails with the following error:
NSE0016: Failed to execute component pvModel
NCE0020: Failed to train nominal vectors

To troubleshoot, I have already tried:
✅ Creating a fresh Classification Definition
✅ Rebuilding and reimporting the dataset
✅ Balancing the training data
✅ Verifying field mappings and output field configuration
✅ Retraining the solution multiple times
Despite these efforts, the same error persists during the Training Solution phase.
I'm curious if anyone in the community has experienced this issue before or has suggestions on what else to investigate.
I'd really appreciate any guidance, best practices, or lessons learned from your experience.
