Sidebar discussion shows “1” chat but never loads

Hi Team,

The Connect sidebar displays a notification showing 1 unread message, but the conversation does not open or load.

No related records are found in the sys_cs_collab_member table for the user.

Issue persists after clearing cache, impersonating the user, and verifying conversation entries.

The unread notification appears stuck and doesn't go away.

Hi @vivek11 sorry i missed the last message.. try to check all the tabs All, Unread, This record, More.

eventually the bell with 3 notifications.

it could be under any of these. Let me know if there was something
