I have configured a working model under Advanced Work Assignment (AWA) in our Dev environment where cases are being assigned based on skills using Skill Determination Rules.
However, when I try to move the Update Set from Dev to Test, the commit fails with the error:
“Could not find a table sd_skill_determination_rule this update requires.”
Both Dev and Test are on the same release (Yokohama) and have the same plugins enabled (AWA and Agent Chat). Skills, service channels, and queues are already configured in Test as well.
Could someone please help explain:
Why this table exists in Dev but not in Test despite identical plugins?
Is there any additional feature enablement or initialization required for Skill Determination Rules in the target instance?
What is the recommended and supported way to resolve this so the Update Set can be committed successfully?
Any guidance or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
