[Error] Trying to use Now Assist Build Agent in PDI always return WebSocket Error

Hi, 

In my PDI with Australia I am trying to use Build Agent but always return an error: 
"Connection failed: WebSocket connection error". 

I have tried reinstalling build agent plugin and nothing.

Try reset the PDI and then install Build agent
