Hi 😊
I'm Ellie, working in the IT Management Office at Heathrow Airport.
We have recently deployed the SPM module of ServiceNow as a pilot in IT. It would be great to connect with other users of SNOW in the Aviation space. We are keen to hear how other airports are making the most of SNOW, how you are encouraging adoption of the tool and where we can knowledge share.
