Agent Softphone Initialization Failures

Some of our agents are complaining that they are getting softphone errors since last week.  The error occurs when trying to end a call or the call is dropped.

 

We just upgraded to Tokyo patch 2A and the errors started three days after - so possibly just a coincidence.

 

Softphone errors are a PITA to troubleshoot.  The agents did all the typical stuff - close browser, clear cache, log out, etc.  And nothing obvious in the AWS logs.

 

Is anyone experiencing a rash of softphone errors lately?
