Error in createCSMInteraction: {0}: TypeError: Cannot find function warning in object [object GlideS

We have gone through the OOTB ServiceNow Voice for CSM and using the provided contact flows,, but whenever we try and dial, it fails at the first lambda 

 

We get the prompt to record the call, select #1; and then the call fails.

 

If I log into  ServiceNow and check logs, I get an "Error in createCSMInteraction: {0}: TypeError: Cannot find function warning in object [object GlideSystem]."

 

The AmazonConnect user has rights to create an interaction record, the contact trying to dial users is on consumer, sys_id and contact tables with that number

 

When we've previously implemented this on PDIs, we've not had an issue

did you find the solution, I'm encountering the same problem and in amazon connect tell that "cannot map object"
