There are SO many resources available to you in the ServiceNow University including career journeys and credential paths that list out learning plans for getting started quickly.

Make sure you do the labs that are included and/or get a Personal Developer Instance (PDI) for that added hands-on experience.

Apply your experience in the community once you have some skills by helping others with issues you recognize you can assist with or just follow along to see how an issue could be resolved.
