Service Operations workspace: Experts on-call names visibility issue

Hi Team,

For the Service Operations workspace (SOW), Experts on-call is configured on the contextual side bar. When i log in as admin, i am able to see the on-call person details but other users are not able to see the names when I impersonate as them.

User has ITIL, SOW roles (sn_sow.sow_home, sn_sow.sow_list, sn_sow.sow_user)

Attached is the admin view but for end users it is blank.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar add role "sn_openframe_user" to the non-admin: This did not work

On-Call Schedule Icon not showing I sow : This is already working. Issue is with shift data not visible after clicking "Experts on-call"
