AES Guided setup Issues

Hi,

I am new to Service Now and I'm doing a career journey on the Developer path. I am trying to do App engine studio guided setup where we install the spokes and etc. But when I try to get the spokes from the store, I'm getting a page to login with SSO id. And if I login, it's saying to login with different service now ID.

 

Please help.

Hi @Pragadeesh_K ,

ServiceNow Store is not valid for PDIs.

You cannot install the Store Spokes on your PDI unfortunately. You will need customer instances where you can request not for personal use on PDIs.

Thanks for the response. But in the developer learning path, they have asked us to set up the spokes and other. If it's not available, how am I supposed to learn. Service now team can remove / edit the steps that are not available for free self paced learning. Its misguiding.

That's a good observation, you can raise this concern with Now learning team from "Help center" section.
