Agent App - 'Restricted by Access Control'

Hello All,

 

In the Agent app, one of the user is getting 'Restricted by Access Control' When clicking on the my pending approvals, I impersonated some other users but they are fine.

 

 

What could be the issue? Any suggestion?

Deactivate all of them and see if that helps. If it does, activate them one by one to figure out which one is causing the problem.

Thanks for the answer.

 

I didn't find the System property: glide.sg.data_item.initial_pagination_size in our ServiceNow.

As of now I observed this issue only for one user, even the user is having Admin access. But when user logged into Dev it's fine there user able to see pending approvals. But when user logged into PROD there is issue.

 

Also, user with Non-Admin access don't have the issue with pending approvals.
