Hello,

Is there a way to auto-populate a field based on change in another reference field in agent mobile app?

In my case i'm trying to populate mobile phone field based on the caller change, when creating an incident.

I've tried to do so using scripted include in variable input but I don't think this is possible.

Any suggestions?

Yeah, I don't think it's possible to auto-populate based on changing other variable in mobile agent.
