Hi Everyone, 

 

All font styles on the Service Portal have distinct styles for admin users and other users.

 

Could you please what should be the issue?

Are the non-admin users have any other roles?

Hi @Medi C 

 

Yes, some non-admin have role and some have no role still they can see same font style but admin only can see different one font style.
