Approvals are skipped in Ritm form because of domain issue in ServiceNow

Hi everyone, 

 

I have an issues in service catalog item , like when ever request is raised approvals are skipped in flow designer because of domain issue.  could you please help me on this ;like flow was created in top domain and users are in top sub domains.

Hi AG,

 

Yes we are using domains and users are created in sub domains in top domain.

When I raise the request in top domain approvals are skipped and request gets close complete.

I think there is no domain visibility

I also thinking , why you are creating the record in Top domain, generally record must be created in Specific domain , TOP domain just hold the process not the data.

 

Give a try by creating the record in specific domain.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,

i have tried it in sub domain- like the specific domain but also the ritm approvals are skipping actually , let say customer domain i'm submitting the record but for the customer domain users the approval is skipping.
