Approvals are skipped in Ritm form because of domain issue in ServiceNow

Hi everyone, 

 

I have an issues in service catalog item , like when ever request is raised approvals are skipped in flow designer because of domain issue.  could you please help me on this ;like flow was created in top domain and users are in top sub domains.

Seems look like it can be flow , try to add you name as approved in hard code and see are you getting approval, it is just trail.

Hi Sandeep,

So here I created flow designer , I created custom actions to fetch approvers form customer account in servicenow.

Let say the customer admin checkbox is true then I can fetch that customer account and added it in ask for approval activity.

And these approval are skipped and it auto completing the ritm and showing the error message as above screenshot.

Here we using domains and user and customer accounts are in sub domain of top
