We are currently working on developing and deploying the NowMobile Agent App. One of the requirements is to give our Field Agents access to submit Requests when necessary.
The OOTB setup for associating the Service Catalog Launcher on the Navigation Bar displays the OOB Service Catalog, but we have two Catalogs that are active on our Service Portal and we want to grant the same access/visibility to both Catalogs for our Field Agents.
What are the recommended steps to either:
- Add this second catalog to the OOTB Launcher?
- If we're unable to add the second catalog to the OOTB option, what needs to be developed to display both Catalogs?
