One query, by default in which-which places Kanban functionality is used in ServiceNow. Please name some areas where we can find the Kanban used in our PDI instance.
Also, how we can configure the Kanban functionality in ServiceNow like in which place I can created a new Kanban

You aren't answering my question. Kanban is a method you can use to manage (and improve) work. You can apply that to all kinds of records. A Kanban board is a visualization of the work for a company/team for which a visual task board can be used in ServiceNow. But I already told you that, so it's not clear what you are looking for.
