We have migrated an existing process from RITM to App Engine.
User submits RITM, then Reviewer Task, then Approval Task, then Fulfillment Task.
Previously, the Approver had an ITIL license in where they could go to the backend, review the attached documents, add comments to the approval task or parent RITM task, and also Approve/Reject. Since the move, we had the Approver set to the front end on ECP to Approve/Reject. But now the Approver has stated that he needs to have the ability to add comments so the Requestor can answer his questions or communicate with the Assignment Group users who are assigned to the parent or reviewer task.
Without going backwards, can we have the approver also add a comment on the approval task via the ECP (Service Portal)?
