Hello,

Can anyone help me with custom Appointment booking functionality if anyone has developed before?

 

I am aware of existing ServiceNow functionality for appointments. I want to create a custom app for this.

Hi Pradeep !

 

Building custom appointment booking is complex and time consuming. I suggest you use the existing functionality which is already available called as ''Walk-Up Experience'' which is available in ServiceNow plugin store for free. Make use of it rather thinking to have a custom solution in place.
