Catalog item not searchable in portal but available under the Category.

Catalog item not searchable in portal, even if it's available under category and subcategory.

Please check these 2 fields. Also is the category active true? Any user criteria added?

Hi @Helan 

 

1. Already you have ensured, catalog item is having category

2. Ensure - catalog item is having Meta ( searching keyword)

3. Ensure the available for tab/ user criteria . Is anything mentioned there. Is that item should be available for All?

Things to check

1) add some keywords in the Meta field in catalog item

2) ensure "No Search" is unchecked for your item

3) Any user criteria is blocking the catalog item?
