Collapse Component doesn't seem to work in Xanadu

Hi,

I am trying to add the Collapse component to the homepage of SOW. I am hoping to make a section collapsible and expandable. Like this:

It seems like a simple component, but after adding it and adding some content, the arrow to expand and collapse doesn't show. This is in my PDI running Xanadu:

What did I miss?
