CSA Exam voucher is not showing

Hi Team,

I have got CSA Exam voucher and after I clicked Claim voucher button now it showing in voucher list not and

not got any mail for voucher details.
Please help on this issue.

I have completed the CSA exam also but that voucher was not showing
