CSA Exam voucher is not showing

Hi Team,

I have got CSA Exam voucher and after I clicked Claim voucher button now it showing in voucher list not and

not got any mail for voucher details.
Please help on this issue.

It won’t show here.

You need to go to the University Home page —
there, you should be able to see it.

If you're still unable to see it, please log a Now Learning case with the team for assistance.

Question is not very clear that once you clicked on Claim button what happened? Was it asking for payment and you paid?

That voucher is not showing in the service now voucher list. And Email also I didn't received for that voucher details.
