Hello everyone. I would like a better understanding on custom application in servicenow.
1. Where are custom applications created from studio stored
2. Can you attach another database to servicenow
3. Can you take out a database in servicenow

1. Where are custom applications created from studio stored - These are get stored in Scope of that application, and components stored in respective tables.
2. Can you attach another database to servicenow -- NO
3. Can you take out a database in servicenow   --- NO

So what data does CMDB stores?

Hi @Mimi Edet 

 

CMDB store the CI ( configuration items) , the component which supports to provide/delivery the services. 

 

To understand in the house we store alot Bed/ Table/ chair / fan / oven and much more, in same manner in CMDB, we have Server / IP / Routers / Computers / Laptop records and the life cycle.
