Custom Application Record Producer working in Dev on Service Portal but not in QA on Service Portal?

 

Even though everything is same.

 

Also Records Producer works fine in both Dev and QA Native UI.

For Custom Application Record Producer Script Include and Client Scripts able to autopopulate Manager based on Requestor and Member field in Native UI in ServiceNow But unable to do so in Service Portal in QA
