I am trying to come up with a solution to integrate multiple ServiceNow instances with a 3rd party system.
This implementation needs to take care of retrieving all Activity Feed records from ServiceNow instances, and display those notifications/activity feed entries in my notification system for each user.
What would be the best way to implement this?
Could a custom Integration Hub Spoke be a candidate for this? This implementation should be easy to adapt in existing ServiceNow instances.
I am looking for a push based implementation for Activity Feed retrieval, where I find this easier to scale compared to a pull based implementation.
