Dear Experts.

Is it possible to directly display the edit screen of a specific record already saved in a UI action?

For example, I create a button with the UI action “Edit”.
When that button is selected, I would like to display the edit screen of the record with the most recent update date and time.

but why?

if user can edit the form by simply opening, why to show a custom button just to allow editing?

As a business requirement, we need to call a record in another table from a UI action in a related list.
