Hi,
I am received a failed to install email for any plugin.
Anyone experiencing this? and how to solve it?

This is expected behavior in a PDI.
Some plugins, especially those related to ITOM/SAM, are resource-intensive and may fail to activate even after they are installed from the Developer Site. Since PDIs do not come with official ServiceNow support, there isn't much that can be done other than trying again.
My recommendation is to keep trying, and avoid activating multiple plugins at the same time. Instead, activate them one by one, allowing each plugin to complete successfully before starting the next one.
