FSM Survey Related on Agent App

FSM Tech Agent has completed the work order to close complete the survet went to caller and caller answered the survey which got stored in instance backedn table and when Agent logs in Agent App and by clicking the closed work order by navigating to "Take Questioner" agent is not able to see the survey answers provided by caller and its getting {{::data.title}} error message. Can someone help in resolving this issue
