Getting Credential Error while rasing request for Citrix Request a Desktop

When we enabled the Citrix ITSM Connector plugin and raising Request for a Desktop, we are getting Windows Credentials Error (as attached).
Can someone help here.

The workflow is trying to validate all the Windows Credentials but failing to attempt
