Hello,
Recently, our self-hosted instance (Tokyo Patch 4) is failing to operate due to a java.lang.OutOfMemory errors.
After some research we've found out that Servicenow instance uses java 32bit which limits the maximum heap size of the jvm to 2GB, so that means we can't increase it even if the VM hosting it has much memory memory available.
Does anybody know of a solution to an OutOfMemory error?

Unfortunately, it didn't help... Is there a way you know how to upgrade my instance to work with 64bit instead of the default 32 bit?
