How do I force a redirect to the Workspace view in the ServiceNow notification bell?

Currently, the redirect sends to the classic view if I am in that view and to the Workspace if I am in the Workspace. How can I force it to always open in the Workspace view?

I believe the URL it picks is based on where is the user currently either in Core UI or Workspace and we can't control this
